After School Bible Club

We are so glad you are joining us for After School Bible Club!

Dear Parent/Guardian,

Your child should be picked up immediately after the club ends unless they are registered for After School Care at Springdale Elementary. Please provide two Emergency Contact Persons below for our records in the event you or your designated party cannot arrive by 3:30pm. If your child attends an after-school daycare, contact them to see if later pick-up arrangements can be made for club days.

My child has my permission to attend the After School Bible Club every Monday after school until 3:30pm. In case of inclement weather, my child has permission to be transported by Springdale Baptist Church to attend the Club. After School Bible Club will NOT meet on half days or school holidays. I understand it is my responsibility to pick up my child at 3:30pm.
